I wish we could get this kind of detail for his whole career. Interestingly, the film My Life so Far was directed by Hugh Hudson, who directed Altamira, music by Mark Knopfler!! I wonder just how many films Mark has turned down the chance to write music for? I have just noticed Hugh Hudson died 10th February this year.
Knopfler, Oldfield and Gilmour is all the guitar I need.
