Mark really was mean to poor old Jerry.  I didn't watch his shows personally but Mark seemed quite repelled with the man.  He didn't force people on his show!

Was never confirmed that El Macho was Springer I don't think? Could have been Seinfeld!

These type of shows were really exploitative, I can see why MK was repulsed by them. Someone took their own life after being on one in the UK, I've forgotten the guy's name now but it came out after that the staff were all trained to manipulate people to make it more dramatic.
