One less frustration of being able to listen to this song properly, it's also nice to finally hear John play a few bass lines  ;D
If I realised that the chances were slim,
How come I'm so surprised when the tide rolled in

Nice version but I can't hear Phil Palmer's solos properly, it sounds like behind a wall, anyone else same problem ?

the 2 solos at 4:59-5:15 and 5:51-6:07, almost unlistenable, while Mark and Pedal steel solos are perfect

Yeah, it's indeed not as loud as the MK solo's.

the first sounds bad, like behind a wall, but the 2nd sounds even worse than the 1st, basically unlistenable, never heard anything like this in an official live of any artist, boycotted ? can't think of another reason

I can listen to Palmer's solos without any problem...

Maybe his volume was lower and he hadn't effects or things like the rest, and everyone was playing very loud on stage in this song.
You might get lucky, now and then

Three more songs released (spotify) this time by OTN,  I Think I Love You Too Much, The Bug and Walk Of Life
This new mix of ITILYTM sounds better than the rest of the OTN mixing, Mark's voice sound more "natural".

Never was a fan of I Think I Love You Too Much for some reason. I think it doesn't have the same level of uniqness and repleyability as other Mark's songs, that's why it was never recorder for an album. Never missed it either. New mixes seem good, definitely nothing revolutionary, but return to live material is always welcome. Because this band sounds a million times better live anyway.

Knewborth one is really cool IMO. OES tour ones, meh. The extra chord feels really unnatural after listening to the original version.

Both Knebworth and NHB Snape are excellent!

this is a SBD, not an audience recording, there's a major mixing problem here

If they boycotted Phil Palmer on purpose they are not gonna admit it, I can't think of another reason.
I can't think they casually left him out by error.

Can't imagine at all they did that. That would be ridiculous, besides the solo is there, just not that loud, but that seems normal to me. Let's wait for the other tunes.

I guess Guy just didn't like the solo so got rid of it, like half of Portobello Belle  ;D
