Guy confirmed on his forum that the band will play Remembrance Day!   Wow!   Anyone out there could pay a visit?   Will we get some pictures, or audio, or even video clips from that event?

Wishes

Yes, surely this will be televised, maybe on Sky News or BBC News 24?

I am on holiday and will almost certainly go. Have never been in central London on the morning of Remembrance Day, so it's about time I went.

I've emailed Sky News and BBC News 24 to ask if they will be providing coverage, will let you know what, if any, response I get.

Quite often something like this can just depend on events. If it's a "slow news day" then they may well have live coverage. If war breaks out with Russia, or one of the X Factor contestants break a nail or something equally "big" happens then they may not.

No newspaper for the TV guide of both TV stations?  Oops, you mean the news programs.  Hope they can broadcast the whole event.  I'm checking their official websites to see if we can get something out.  :P :P :P

I had a look but the problem is, as I mentioned above, they provide "live" coverage of the news, so the schedules would probably just say "News".

They both gave full uninterupted coverage of Michael Jackson's funeral, not sure if remembering the war dead will be seen as being as "newsworthy" as that.  :-\
