Dug this out of the amazing archive.org, from Guy's site years ago:

Since I've been asked so many times, 'what songs were planned for the 2003 shows?'.... here's the original song rehearsal list which MK drew up and from which I made the rehearsal CD's. Obviously, not all of these songs would have been performed. Indeed I'm sure there would have been much discussion. The list includes date and place of original recording. (Possibly a PRIZED collectors item for the future!!! or maybe even a competition prize)
So let's hear no more about it, eh?

Done With Bonaparte, Rudiger, Sonny Liston, What It Is (kind of castrated last time, but nevertheless can't hear it anymore), Telegraph Road, So Far Away... Blimey, for some new stuff I could even forswear Speedway!!

My opinion why Mark does not play so much new stuff: He doesn't want to learn so much new live stuff, because that kind of laziness is around him (yes, I know he IS still touring so he is not lazy at all, but I mean it in a special way), playing old tunes is fun for him because he has not to think about it, so play Done with Bonaparte or Walk of Life the bazillionth time... Ok, he should have fun, but why not work something interesting out? Last tour was a good example, the best stuff was the  new one like True Love Will Never Fade, Hill Farmer and Marbletown!

Let's hope for some interesting diary entries the next few weeks!

I'd love to hear that too but unfortunately that was only on the list because Fats Caplin was to be in the band for TRD tour and he could take the place (if not quite "fill the shoes of") the great Paul Franklin.

I was listening this morning to a 24 min version of TOL (Uniondale 85) WOWWWW!!!!

I was thinking, bearing in mind most songs live are about 5 mins. Would most people here rather him play 4/5 songs, or a 24 min version of TOL?
I think i'd quite like TOL but with perhaps (i can't believe i'm saying it) dropping TR.

I'm sure he'll play the setlist pretty safe again, but just one curve ball would be such a great feeling. I'll never forget HFB's in Amsterdam in 08.

I'd be happy with TR dropped, especialy if he plays it like he did on the last tour using the National for most of the song and missing out important fills.

Didn't miss it in 2006. Speedway is an adequate "big number before the encores".

I really liked TR in 2008 and I listen to Red Rocks and Charlotte a lot.   In fact, when I listen to other favourite versions, I really miss the cittern, even though it wasn't played in Red Rocks.  I liked Richard's fill-ins on the 2008 versions, too,  but I don't mind it being dropped next time in favour of something new or rarely played.  

I wouldn't like 24 minutes of TOL taking up such a large part of the concert, either, when other songs could be played.   Anyway, a great chunk of the Uniondale TOL, was taken up with band introductions and other chitchat, which would be a complete waste of valuable time!   (Sorry BBB, I know you love it!)  The Wembley '85 version was better imo.

I am afraid that TOL won't make it in a MK setlist, remembering Guy being asked about the matter.

But who knows, Mark can change his mind and have a try on it, as for example HFB live turned out to sound much better than Mark himself expected it.

1986 version clocked at 11 minutes so that would let time even for an extra tune compared to the 15+ minutes version of TR.

"les Boys" I used to think what an odd song from MK. But now I actually think it's OK . So, it'll be a riot to hear.  I'll buy your ticket to see one more show if he plays it.  ha..ha...

I think I can live without "quality shoe" and "TLWNF". 

Hope "HFB" stays on the list.

MK has tons of minutes he could play. Of course. But put it in a "right" 2 hour setlist I think is quite difficult.
I hope they will extend again to a 2.5 hour set or minimum 2 hour 15 set.
Play old stuff, play new stuff and play the old hits everybody wants to hear. And it all must fit. (MK must think about this a lot)

But: Some numbers really get boring by the time. A mixture of new tunes and powerful songs would be cool.
Some 4 GL songs and TOL,Boom,SAN,Solid Rock,Darling pretty and the rest are old hits...

I'm sure this is well known by now, but I didn't know, and happened to stumble on this today. The rehearsal studio they used for the KtGC tour was the North Studio at Music Bank studios in Southeast London:

This is from Guy's twitter site. Don't know what he refers to with Dr. Morbius... I know the "production rehearsal 2008" was in an old film studio, Bray film studio... So maybe anybody knows what "Dr. Morbius" means...
