It looks like they are doing either Coyote or CMG, which sounds reasonable as the first setlist looked surprisingly energetic to me.

I hope they could drop Prairie wedding and put Cleaning my gun instead  :)

I woke up this morning to find this photo on my Blackberry sent by my son from the L.A. concert last night.  It's not real clear but it was still a great way to wake up :o :o :o

IT IS a really good way to wake up indeed!!!

It was like in my holydays in Paris, searching the first day for a good place to eat, at the very same time I found it a good friend of mine sent me a sms with the set-list of the first show. That was a very good meal  ;D

Some info about the video screen: (a friend of mine who went to the LA concert told me)

The screen is occasionally on... During sultans with the camera on the fender so you can see Mark's left hand playing.
There is also a camera in his microphone standard, where you can see Mark's right hand.
There is a camera also by Danny Cummings and by Guy and Matt too.

A pitty that the screen is not fully used. I went to several concerts where they used a system in order to show you in the screen all the members of the band, and this would have been great this time.

However, the first time MK (not DS) uses the screen, so, welcome!

I think it would be better if they used the video screens for something else besides just the band members...like Tool has done since 1996...

I offer myself to wear a cap with a cammera just to add some images from the audience, and I

Yes, they did, the famous giant circular screen, even until their last tour in 1994 (i ws there) where it xame down the same way the national came down during the ktgc tour, awesome stuff. The difference though was that it never showed "live" band images, but thematic videos (great stuff) accompanying the songs. But look at david gilmour's live in gdansk movie, now THAT is a great example!!
any Knopfler, Floyd or Dylan will do....

18 songs, this time! Hope it's a trend, when they have enough time (no rigging or plane to catch).
