Simfy rec. lost: What can I do...

Hi,

because of a computer breakdown   I lost some of my music - which was not stored or saved... (I will never be so lazy about that again...)
I will try to recollect most of my stuff from CD.
But I downloaded four Simfy shows which are lost now. This post does NOT ask for some help of you forum members in the meaning of sending me some copies, but otherwise: I remember that I read somewhere in some thread around here that Simfy is able to get you another download when you paid once? Is that true or am I wrong here? Before I contact them I tried to search it in this forum but could not find it. Any information or help is very much appreciated.

I think I saved London, Hamburg and Glasgow, but lost Luxembourg, which was a quite good show (of course)

I suppose in the future you will keep your Simfy recordings on four different USB sticks, stored in four different places... Just like I did with my thesis. Being neurotic sometimes pays off

Oh, maybe. Everything is fine with me today, btw... So it all turned out not too bad...
Not more about it, this case is closed

But I will buy a separate hard drive in the next days.
