Allen,
for each tour there are approx 2000 Lithographs produced and they portray Mark and some of the guitars he has used for the last album. Each one is actually 'Handsigned' (not pre-printed) and numbered by Mark himself. They come in an envelope which again states the number in total and the numbered editon you have.
I guess to the likes of me who like collecting 'collectible' items to do with Mark they are 'the law'. I guess thats why I have the three MK Strats because a) they are a wonderful instrument and b) in time they will become very collectible!!

Thank you very much, knopflerfan.  It's the first time I hear about this.  And I'd love to have one.  I found MK 'Get lucky' 2010 Handsigned ltd edition Lithograph 392-2000  http://www.flickr.com/photos/47005/6253583551/


Mark undertaking his daily signing requests. The lithographs are flying out the door so this is a regular occurrence.
