live songs DS Albums

From all the studio albums off Dire Straits, the first one untill OES i was wondering wich songs has never made it live in concert??
From the first two albums all songs have been played live i think  :think
I know Hand in Hand has never made it to a setlist from the Making Movies album..
Anyway need some help here  :think :think

But those songs were not on any official full DS album. That are songs who came out as a second one with a single am i right?  :think
I believe MB came out on the single with Calling Elvis.... :think :think

Yep, Calling Elvis - Iron Hand - Millionaire Blues on the first single... all three got airplay on the day of release and i (of course) managed to record it via tape... so I heard two new songs on that evening for the first time on the radio (Calling Elvis had been played and recorded before..) Those were the days....  :)

This EP, have they  ever brought it out on cd or only Vinyl (LP).......
