What do you think about this? They say that MK's Litho are numbered, so the boxes will be ( they have never been before... or I missed something...)

What do you think of this story of numbered copies?

cheers

Actually has already happened in the past that have been released numbered copies. Apart from some promotional CD-single and some vinyl, I can think of two albums on CD: All the Roadrunning and Kill to get crimson.

I just compared amazon.de (germany) and bol.com (netherlands) and prices vary a lot! Bol.com sells the de luxe box set for 109 euros, vs. Amazon.de for 69 euros.

Just pay attention where you're buying!

And my question was is it numbered or not??

Maybe only the lithos are numbered, not the boxes (as has happened with the Privateering artwork inside the Box Set)

If it's numbered like Privateering artwork... (I just forgot they were It is SO useless)
It doesn't worth 32

Bol.com has probably seen that people are interested, and therefore it has increased the price.
Is still looks like a discount: old price:

I emailed PCM yesterday and got in touch with Universal
So all boxes are the same and nothing is numbered nor signed
Here is a part universal answer:
The boxset was limited to 300 for the UK only.   There are more copies of the boxset available in other countries however I can confirm that all boxsets are exactly the same.

Unfortunately the rumours are incorrect.

Yesterday it was a discount from 99 for 83.  :think Today 125 for 109. Bullshit prices!  :-X

Well, I received a reply from the Bol.com customer service, which translates more or less as:

"We understand that the increase in price, for an article that can't be delivered as yet, is annoying for you.
Unfortunately, we too have to buy our pre-orders at a higher price. Our supplier has increased both the selling price and the "official" price, which means we have to offer it a higher price too."

And then the part that makes me a bit nervous:

"It is possible that the price drops or increases in the forthcoming weeks. That information is only available to us, once we order at our supplier. We hope... Etc. Etc"

So, if this answer is correct, some misterious "Big Supplier" decided to start playing with prices.
I wonder, who could that be? PCM? Mark's record label?

Anyway, it means you have to order your deluxe set soon at amazon.de in order to buy it for

The box set's are only worth it IMO if you want the vinyl.  The box along with it's "trinkets" will probably be put away pretty soon after purchase and is really just a waste of money.  We all know the bonus tracks (which are really just album rejects) will appear on YT or somewhere pretty soon anyway so I will be doing what I always do and buy the deluxe CD.
