Tracker ticket pre-order exclusive mechandise and live recordings

I usually don't pay attention to the newsletters sent to me for the live dates, because MK is not coming near here, but this foot note got my attention:

I wonder what these exclusive may be and if any of the North America concert goers can let us know about them, or even better buy some for us !

To start, I'd like to buy a dozen of MK portraits at 599 £ each but I wonder whether they'd offer me a free CD  copy of Tracker for each pair or portraits.
