I will search... TV channels usually takes some time to upload their news to their website.
You might get lucky, now and then

Today starts the Local Hero musical at the Lyceum Theatre of Edinburgh!!!!!!

According to their site today is already sold out but there are few tickets yet for tomorrow and tosome other of the previews:

https://lyceum.org.uk/whats-on/production/local-hero

I hope someone from AMIT or other forums are attending and watch some videos or pictures etc

Quite excited!

I caught some snippets on a local news report last night.  Too short to tell really and the reporter was talking.  I heard a re-arrangment of the Local Hero theme in there which was lovely, a song mentioning Alicante and something about "cheerio."

Oh great! was that on any tv channel which has a website, and maybe they put that news reports there?

I immediately did a search last night after I saw it so I could share it on here but saw nothing.  It was on STV News on their programme Scotland Today if you want to search, but I couldn't find anything.  Maybe it's there now.

Could it be this?:

https://player.stv.tv/summary/scotland-tonight/

Or this?:

https://player.stv.tv/episode/3red/stv-news-edinburgh/

I can't watch them in full now as I'm at work, if any can check it, I (and I'm sure more people...) would be very grateful!

... and it looks like you can't watch it from outside the UK!

Yes, the 2nd link - well done!  You have to log in to see it.  The article is toward the end of the show at around the 25:45 mark.

I cannot watch it, I get this message:

This programme is only available in the STV Broadcast Licence Regions and your postcode indicates that you're located elsewhere.

Please, someone living in the correct license regions could capture it and upload it in other place to watch it?

https://www.edinburghnews.scotsman.com/news/entertainment/live-rabbit-dropped-from-local-hero-musical-hours-before-first-performance-in-edinburgh-1-4889512

Are you guys really willing to watch such an barbaric piece of cruelty and torture?

LE

If you read the article fully the headline is a little misleading.  There wasn't going to be a scene where a live rabbit was going to be dropped in the musical.  There was however going to be a scene with a live rabbit in it which has now been dropped.

I'll bet those animal rights folk had a few hare-y moments!

Can't find any report in internet about the first performance.

I know that press night is on 23rd but I guessed that some will go the firsts previews as well.

Can't wait to listen to anything from it  ;D

Me too.

A strange silence :think
I know the way I can see by the moonlight
Clear as the day
Now come on woman, come follow me home

I think it's quite normal not to review before press night. It seems no one here has any sense of how it's going?

Guy recommends a pub called The Blue Blazer near the theatre... Who knows if you go you find him there  :think

Never been but it seems really nice.  There's a nice place called Bennett's Bar further up the road which would be more apt if Ricardo was visiting!
