Verdict: Valencia mix is way better, cuts are good. Sounds much less compressed and boomy than the Barcelona gig. I'm quite happy with it, listening now, very enjoyable

If you bought the 1st show with a credit card, call your credit card customer service to dispute the charge. Let them know they did not provide you what you ordered, they provided nothing and now don’t respond to your inquiries. The credit card company will refund your money and investigate

After that, you can go buy show #2

But, if you do buy show #2 and you get nothing again.....it might be hard to dispute that 2nd charge after you disputed the 1st charge and went back to buy more

This is fraud.
I have made them aware of this "error" so if they continue selling upsampled flac files they will have no defence.
This really is a complete Crock.

Is this the Barcelona download? Valencia download has different FLAC settings ..

I’ve done plenty of complaining.  Don’t promise something you can’t deliver and take customers money whilst leaving them in the dark.  It’s an absolute shambles.
