I'm not normally a fan of this type of thing, but when I started listening I thought it was really beautiful with Alfie Boe singing and also the acoustic guitar, but then it all fell apart when Michael Ball started belting it out with an orchestra and a heavenly choir in the background!   Not for me, I'm afraid!

Thought it was okay initially, apart from the music (which was a bit cheesy if I'm being honest) until the final verse that they insisted in belting out as loud as they could.  Really should've expected that tbh.  ::)

At all local charity shops in January. ;)

Gregorian made a much better job back in 1999 with one of the best Brothers covers I've heard. Not cheesy at all, cool guitars, arrangement. I take that instead:

The CD cover design says it all. Didn't bother to listen.

It starts off ok, but then Mr Ball starts wailing and ruins it! Good call not to listen to it!!
