Argentina bootleg LPs
« on: January 03, 2021, 11:45:23 AM »
Recently, a "record company" called Madenebe Records, and supposed to be from Argentina, is releasing some "classic" bootlegs, in the form of LPs.
As far as I know, there are:
- Perfect Investigations, 2 LP, code: 0108 (2019)
- Ticket to heaven Vol. 1, 2 LP, code: 0123 (2019)
- Ticket to heaven Vol. 2, 2 LP, code: 0124 (2019)
- Secrets in the closet, 3 LP, code: 0279 (2020)

They are really hard to find, and I was wondering if there were any forum members, from Argentina, who might have some more info.

Bizarre title and cover!

Not arf!  I genuinely thought the fan who circulated it on Dime a couple of years ago had named it because he found the recording in his closet or loft after years.  Never realised it was a pressed bootleg.

It wasn't a cd silver but a cdr, there are some bootleg labels that release in cdr instead of silver. The problem with that"secrets in the closet" cdr is that is hard to find the "original" one by the cdr label, as it's being sold by other people that copy it on other cdrs...

That one in LP, at least is pressed on vinyl, which is like the equivalent of silver cd.

Thanks to Shortfin!

I wrote to the seller and he told me that "they are made to order and are only 200 numbered copies".

Hi. I also saw that Bootleg-Lps on Ebay.
I got from another German Fan one copy of the Perfect Investigations 2-LP-Set. It looks very good, but the cover shows the misspelled titles and the wrong concert informations, because the cover was a bigger copy of the CD-Version of Perfect Investigations, which was released by Beech Marten Records in Italy.
The vinyl itself is a "lathe-cut" and not a "matrix-pressed" record, but the sound-quality is very good. Maybe produced in tiny quantities.
So, that is my experience with that record.  :)

I just received the "Secrets in the closet", it's the only one I really want as far as that's the only one that doesn't exists in silver cd, so a 3 LP version with the same covers works for me as collector.
