I thought that Santa Rosa was pretty expensive.   Eugene is only 2/3 of that.

Really? Only a year ago, I paid half the price of what I'm about to pay tomorrow, in the same venue, for what was an arguably higher profile act. And these seats were front row, obtained at random a day before the show from TM. So I didn't buy them at a discounted rate either...

Just a short and hoepfully helpful warning- all pre-sale tickets are will call only. So if life happens, and you suddenly can't make it to the show, you're SOL on your $4000 ticket purchase.

And one last comment on this...

Ticketmaster put some of the MK US tour dates up in advance, even though some of the regular on sales haven't started yet. And what do you know, if you click on any of the events that are currently being sold only through the MK.com presale and look at the "ticket prices" tab, all of the prices show $0. A mistake? I think not. I guarantee you the face value of tickets sold on Ticketmaster will be cheaper than the "base price" of an MK.com pre-sale ticket. And if you "get lucky" on TM, you'll be in almost the same seats!

Just felt like pointing that out.

I ordered my tickets to 3 shows and the prices were all different.  For 2 tickets, they were:  $300 L.A., $252.44 Wash. DC, and $221.00 Upper Darby, PA (Tower).

We have to wait for 6 weeks to find out our seats.  Can't wait!!!! :-*

don't forget, he does not have the gigantic circus to be payed for like U2 has or like Straits used to have. that to me would be an almost acceptable explanation for higher prices.
