If I understand correctly the information, is it possible to visit the guitars on display in Christie's at London, freely? Or is needed to get tickets, reservation etc?

Would remain the guitars on display after the public sale for a period of time or that would be closed after the sale?

Hello and thanks for the welcome! Yes of course, everyone is welcome to visit - it is free entry, no reservations required (all Christie's exhibitions are free entry) and we even have free barista coffee in the lobby. The exhibition will close on 30th Jan, with the auction following on 31st Jan, so the guitars will not be on display after the sale.

Yes all the guitars will be on display in London. The tour to New York will be a selection of highlights.

Perhaps they are struggling to keep up with demand.  I've been to many auctions and viewings and nobody buys them; there's usually a couple floating around the room to look through and that's all.  It won't be often an auction catalogue sells like this!

Many people bought it from outside the UK, most of them were lucky enough to receive it yesterday and some others, like me, are waiting that customs allow it to arrive home after asking for documentation just in case they can charge any possible fee...

Hi there, i received the book today. Lots of information, even on the forthcoming tracks for the new album, "unreleased" tracks and "2001 Madrid DVD". A collectible for sure.
