Oh yes and I do remember one gig where they played the complete melody line four times by accident at the end alike the album version. Quite unusual as they typically only did twice during the GH tour and three times any other tour after that. It’s sometimes quite nerdy what MK fans can be happy about, I admit! Over the years they did quite some variations on this song, stripped down, accordeon only, pipes, full blast, different drums, you name it!

I remember to listen a bunch of bootlegs from that 2011/2012 MK&BD tour and i remember that they changed Bonaparte key to D instead a Bb. And was pretty nice.

In my opinion, that was the period that MK were enjoying to sing more than ever. And he was playing a hell of guitar too.

That's right, this song is just perfect and also my favorite! I never get tired of listening to it, especially at the end of the beautiful outro when the piano kicks in, it's out of this world.
