The original two part studio tour with Mark and Chuck from the Get Lucky sessions is much better, these two are just showing off.

Pretty dull production, but the studio is just unbelievable. But what's with the two studio managers having a mug glued to their hand, like all the time? LOL

Maybe given Mark and Guy’s love for tea, it’s the equivalent of a work lanyard around their neck. Mark doesn’t do job interviews, he gets them to make him a cup of tea and assesses them on that.

Showing off ?????

YES.

Yet another strange thing released only to collect negative comments. Just two dudes casually name-dropping various equipment. No demonstration, no Mark/Guy comments, no nothing, only two cups of coffee glued to hands and a cheesy fake Money For Nothing track in the background. And appearing on an American music store's YouTube channel for some reason. Go figure...

Agree, the Get Lucky videos where MK and Chuck are showing the studio is far better, you see them moving in real time through the facilities, explaning everything, with musicians there (of MK's band...), seeing that videos you get an impression of how the studio is, but seeing this one, it looks like four rooms with no connection betwen them and no soul further of rooms full of cool equipment.
You might get lucky, now and then

It's hardly showing off if it's not their gear.
Sweetwater sell audio equipment. The video is about the equipment at British Grove. There is no need to have any involvement from Guy or Mark, it's for recording gear geeks, not fans of Mark or DS.
