I don't know since I haven't bought any but that's what other members in this thread said. They're quite expensive to be honest. In 2010 I bought two Simfy recordings offered as a download since they were cheaper than this year's and I still listen to them. Now, that the tour is better than ever, it's a shame that they aren't being offered at a more reasonable price and format.

To receive empty sticks its not normal. People have received the sticks with the mp3 inside, as it meant to be.

the stick should contain the concert (mp3) but if, by accident, they send you a blank stick, upon request they will provide a link to download the concert.
The problem seems to be the percentage of empty stick sent

Surely they ask you to justify that you actually bought the stick, like your order confirmation email ? Would be too easy oterwise...."I bought it but it is empty"... -"No prob, here is a download link"...
And do they keep track of whether your stick was delivered or not ? if not, it may be possible to use this email procedure to get the music sooner than the Postal services can deliver the stick ?
