As far as I know, Istanbul and Sofia didnt arrived to spanish buyers either. We had one bank holyday on May 1st, but thats all.

I hope when I get mine, it will not come empty.   I don't think it's cool to have to go to the trouble of finding the link for the download,etc.   Plus the stick isn't cheap !!!

I think it's ludicrous!  The very least they can do is give us the music we want because at the end of the day, that's what we're paying for - the fancy packaging is just a compulsory extra and not what we asked for.

It would be much more simple, quicker and a lot cheaper if we could just download the concerts like last time - we know it's possible.   I'm really not that interested in the guitar stick anyway.   I'm sure they would sell a lot more if they were downloadable.      Seems like another mess!

welcome C.O.T.T. I have a view that if you buy anything from any where and it proves to be faulty due to an oversight by the manufacturer, then it should be free or replaced in full ASAP!!

It seems many people are having problems with the sticks. Do you know if they are aswering to all the people properly in terms of time and solutions??

I wrote them about a tracking number and got a swift and friendly  reply ( there is no tracking number, you can only have the package insured)
