Either way, it shall be exciting to see what is in store from 'The Master' this year... :clap

Exactly, but as to what's going on it's a puzzle even Sherlock would struggle with!  ;)

He could spend the next 12 months deciding in which microphone to use, how many lumens the ambient lighting may be, where Guy should sit within any recording session, assess BG's Feng Shui or any number of things that somehow manage to loose an extraordinary amount of time and that can be attributable to the "creative process".

Have a feeling Mark has been busy producing and recording for another artist recently. (Ruth Moody? Much silence on her FB page and website)

Probably did also some of the usual pre-recording too with GF, this autumn, for his next album . MK's band will probably get together in the studio early 2017 for a few weeks of recording sessions and album will be released around September. Mixing en mastering around may. Art work, pressing CDs/Vinyl, distribution etc. during the summer.

Neither wouldn't it suprise me that he is working on somekind of duet album again, featuring Emmylou, Ruth, Evelyn Glennie and others.

Personally I wouldn't mind a more guitar based album with roots of the American Heartland (OES, STP), feat. artists such as Derek Trucks, Joe Bonamassa, Jerry Douglas, Bela Fleck, Sonny Landreth... but that is wishful thinking  :D
