Just getting in from the show. Of course, it was fantastic! I couldn't believe it when Mark said "This is a first for the band. I've been saving this one for New York." right before Monteleone. That is seriously the stuff dreams are made of! I'm not sure if it beats the time I saw him in Newark in 2005, but it was definitely better than the two KtGC shows I saw in 2008.
The sound in the front row (Richard's side, a few feet right of center) was also fantastic. I was hearing sound off the on stage monitors, the stage itself, and the hanging right side array which together presented an interesting mix.
MK was clearly in pain. After he stood up, he sat back down and was bending his leg back and forth and wincing a bit. Seeing that was the only real "downer" of the evening. Besides the $35 see-through T-shirt that I now own.
