It just reminded me of SW which is a great song in itself.  :)

Can't recall if this has been said but the drum intro is remarkably similar to Cannibals live from the GH tour.  I can visualise Ianto having fun with this on stage à la Corned Beef last tour.  This may replace it in the set in fact.

Hi, I just want to share a thought came into my mind while I reading this...
It makes me think it is possible the last verses contain double meaning and saying here about Mark as "skydiver" :lol

"When I need to take a break from the "brushes and the knife" (think of a guitar hidden here - "six blade knife")
"And I always took a fancy to the ones heading straight into the teeth of the guns"
("took a fancy to" as to Lucian Freud from this song or as to others from many of his songs).

Good point. I didn't think of that before, but it makes sense to me.

Probably when the third voice comes in, MK doubled himself, probably even Guy and Ruth, so we are hearing not three but six voices...
what about crowd?  ;D
i.e., check Sevilla show after 28:40

and it's perfect!

In that moment a friend of mine said:

Look at that, and old man with his mouth wide open, is he asking us to throw m&m's at him?

I couldn't stop laughing...
You might get lucky, now and then
