Thank you moderators for having banned the dude - and I'm sorry if I went too far too, my latin blood tends to take over sometimes.

Regarding the projects, I'd be happy with pretty much anything at this point... as long as I know what they are  ??? :'(

I recall when Alchemy was released in dvd/BR, some journalist asked MK about it and he said he didn´t know about it, that it was something from the record company, that he was centered in his own album and next tour (I think it coincided with the Get Lucky release...)

That sounds strange. The reissue of Alchemy was remixed by Chuck Ainlay (the audio part). Wouldn't surprise me if the job was done at British Grove. Normally MK is in 'total control' of almost everything, so not knowing about remixed versions of is own (old) stuff sounds strange to me.  Maybe he didn't want to tell the journalist anything about it, because it was something from the past and he's always looking forward....

He's said that at least a hundred times over the past few months lol

So many band sessions... sounds like they're recording 10 albums so that Mark can retire and yet keep on releasing albums forever.

In fact, he said it only once before, around March..  :lol
But that is what happens with threads like these when thousand of posts talk about the same stuff again and again... and again and again...

Different band sessions for different projects I think. How many sessions do they usually have for a new MK solo album and should this be the first one for the new album??

It changed quite a bit throughout the years. Before BG they preferred live in the studio recordings with very few overdubs but after BG was finished Mark changed his approach. And it's especially hard to tell now since GF no longer provides us with proper studio diaries.

I would say that three or four band sessions are not unusual referring to all his studio diaries so far. Of course it depends. The Privateering recordings seemed like one long session to me, for example.

On his last 2 tours announcements were made in September for concerts in May/June the following year. Will we get lucky this month  :think
To be honest  :disbelief but there is always hope.  ;D
