They have a very big studio with plenty of isolated rooms, if they follow the advices, it's safe.

It all depends on what Tier London goes into at the end of our current lockdown. If it ends up with the strictest measures then all non essential travel could be banned.  :(

We will just have to wait and see what happens....

To be honest, Mark has enough local heroes to work with, his "promo band" deserves more, would love to hear them on a new album. Just those two musicians, rhythm guitar player and a bass player bring SO much into the music. Anyway...

Marcus Cliffe or David Bronze on bass, Robbie Mcintosh on guitar, no need to bring Richard and Glenn  however those two could record remote for sure...

well bringing in Robbie instead of Richard could work out very well.
On Tracker MK delivered all guitars. And that very well. But a Record without Glenn Worf is not to think of

They will prepare some songs in 2-3 months and do the Full Band thing maybe later when Joe Biden reopens the States again

Marcus Cliffe is actually playing with Pick Withers now. Small world!

Facebook post november 22th: "Another little snippet from Pick's brilliant rhythm section rehearsal with his new band,  SLIM PICKIN'S.  Marcus Cliffe on bass and Luca Boscagin on guitar"

Marcus is an excellent bass player, also David Bronze, Glenn is good but not that necessary.

Actually Guy played bass on some tracks on tracker and in Privateering, the bass on "redbud tree" is Guy, and it was OK.

Well, Guy has a studio, if British Grove is not an option right now, they could start there.
Knopfler, Oldfield and Gilmour is all the guitar I need.

I'd suggest them record one track from the album with a Kemper, leaving fans to a 100 pages long discussion on which track it was used on :lol

Yes, and if we are lucky the new album will be ready in 100 years or so  ;D

The direction is to the downside so it might be a Zoom this time or Amplitube

That would be easy, the one that sounds with too much distortion, unnecessarily unnatural.
